Pre-order pieces generally require approximately 7–14 business days for production before dispatch.

Do you offer exchanges or returns?

We currently accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original condition without signs of perfume, makeup, or wear. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Depending on availability, we may also offer size exchanges or store credit.
