1. READY-TO-SHIP PIECES

Selected styles are available in-stock and ready to ship immediately.

Depending on style availability, ready-to-ship pieces may be dispatched from our studios in:

• Manhattan, New York
• Bangkok, Thailand

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING DETAILS:

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
• Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched
• Estimated delivery time is approximately 5–10 business days depending on destination and courier service

2. PRE-ORDER PIECES

Certain Laneth pieces are available on a pre-order basis in our standard size range: XS, S, M, and L.

These pieces are produced in limited quantities to reduce excess production and maintain the integrity of each collection.

• Production time: approximately 7–14 business days
• Once completed, orders will be prepared and shipped from our Bangkok or New York studio depending on product availability
• Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched
• Estimated delivery time is approximately 5–10 business days depending on destination and courier service

Please note that production timelines may vary slightly depending on fabric availability and order volume.

• International orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or equivalent courier partners

• Orders containing both ready-to-ship and pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are completed
• If you would like your items shipped separately, please contact us and we will gladly provide available shipping options

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Laneth, each piece is thoughtfully created in limited quantities with careful attention to craftsmanship and detail. As a small independent fashion house, we currently accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In original condition with all tags attached
• Free from any signs of wear, including perfume, makeup, stains, or alterations

Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

In many cases, we are happy to offer a size exchange depending on item availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we will provide a store credit for a future purchase once the item becomes available again.
